Words can't praise Kristen Yurkowski enough. As a man fighting for custody, out the gate you feel like you're at a disadvantage. Everyone assumes you're the problem, even if you're not. After countless hours of looking at lawyers, desperately trying to find anyone who would actually believe in our case, we found Kristen. She believed every word we said and she helped calm us when things were rough. When things looked hopeless she made us feel like they weren't. We always knew exactly where we stood in our case with Kristen and we never felt judged. She not only made my husband feel like his case mattered but that he mattered too. We always felt like she genuinely cared for us, our case and for the wellbeing of our kids. I truly believe that had my husband chosen any other lawyer, we would not have won custody. After 3 long years, my husband finally has his kids back and words can't describe what that means to us. It’s hard to put to words how grateful I am for Mr. Mordhurst and his paralegal Melissa.
