I am currently dealing with custody for my kids. I found Battlefield Law group on the Internet when I needed to consult with a lawyer, because there was a protective order put against me. I searched and searched many lawyers, and none of them would see me right away. Thankfully I came across Battlefield Law group, and when I reached out, they recommended Shameeka Price-Cleare to me as the perfect lawyer to handle my case. During our initial consultation, she heard everything I had to say we took advantage of the whole hour, and upon hearing me she knew something was not right and she was ready to help me out. When it came to price, she broke it down to me to make things easier, and I love that because given the current situation I found myself and I was stressing out, whether or not somebody was going to need full payment all at once or whether they were going to be able to do some kind of arrangement. Thankfully I came to the right place and an arrangement was made. On March 7 I had my court case for the protective order that was placed against me before court we went over everything to make sure we understood what was going on. She made the process extremely easy she walked me through everything I didn’t feel like I was confused I knew I was in good hands. Ms. Price-Cleare ended up getting the protective order strikes. It was the best news I received because it meant I was going to be able to see me kids after not knowing anything from them for over two weeks. Unfortunately there was a con in all of this, but it wasn’t because of her. It was just the situation that happened. I ended up getting booked at the end of our court case due to I guess we’ll say a technicality. while I was being booked, she came into the bag to see how I was doing and me unfortunately I was crying because when I thought was going to see the sunshine again. There ended up being some rain. She comforted me and tried to see what could be done. Later on, I got to see the magistrate, and he explained to me if I could provide proof for the technicality I would be able to be released I reached out to my brothers and explained everything to them. They were doing everything in their power to try to help me to get out and provide the magistrate with the documents. He was requesting when I tell you, it was difficult and stressful I mean it was extremely difficult and stressful. Both my brothers were in contact with Shameeka and she was very responsive. They were explaining to her everything that was going on and even she was getting very upset because of the situation I found myself in. While I was in a holding cell, my brothers were telling me that she was at home and she was getting ready to head back to the office just to help me get out because she knew I didn’t belong in a holding cell, she drove from her home to her workplace and then met my brothers back in Arlington county to get me out. When I say this is what above and beyond looks like She is the definition of above and beyond. I am not sure what kind of lawyer would do such a thing, but she did everything and more. I will forever be grateful for what she did. There is literally no one better than her. When you need representation this is who you need to go to. She is the definition of a blessing in disguise. I don’t know where I would be without her while I was there was somebody there who was also dealing with some issues, and he asked me about representation the first thing I did was tell him about my lawyer, she is top-notch and force not to be messed with.

Parrish law firm was great to work with! James is so kind and explained everything easily and set realistic expectations for what I should expect. They were able to walk me through the process easily. With the use of email and text messages they updated me frequently about where my claim was in the process. I appreciated frequent updates, and they made it easy for me to understand. Once I handed my case over to them I didn’t have to do a thing! I hope I don’t need their services again , but if I do I will definitely return!

I originally hired the Reed law firm to handle a personal injury case, where I was rear-ended and totaled my vehicle and they in turn were able to settle the case without having to go to court for a SUM that I was happy with.. Unfortunately at approximately the same time this was going on I needed a divorce attorney I therefore hired the Reed law firm to represent me in my divorce proceedings, it never occurred to me they would be able to handle divorce proceedings as well so it worked out I was very happy with the outcome of the services they provided.. I feel they are very professional and very thorough and would highly recommend them to anybody... Hope this helps in any decisions you have looking for a top-notch attorney...

Avoid James Parrish at All Costs! Absolutely terrible experience with James Parrish. This lawyer is all about empty promises and zero follow-through. Deceptive Tactics Parrish lied to me repeatedly throughout the entire process. He dangled the possibility of getting compensation for property damage (including diminished value on my car) and out-of-pocket rental car expenses, all just to secure my case. Surprise, surprise, three months later he comes up with excuses saying "we can't go after them for this." This is a terrible tactic to win clients over! Lazy and Unhelpful Parrish and his entire office are about as motivated as a sloth on vacation. When I hired him, he promised to use his "personal connection" to get us enrolled at a specific medical facility. Guess what? Never happened. My wife and I suffered for weeks without proper care because of his laziness. We had to take it upon ourselves to schedule those appointments! Self-Serving It became painfully clear Parrish only cares about the easiest cases, like medical bills. He's no different from any other dime-a-dozen lawyer out there just looking for a quick buck. Do Yourself a Favor Save your time, money, and sanity. Find an attorney who actually works for their clients and isn't afraid to put in the effort. James Parrish is definitely NOT that lawyer!

All aboard the getting railroaded express! Not sure how others had good experience and not me. The arresting officer (D.W. Settle) told me I no choice but to do a field sobriety test late at night which is against my rights and proceeded to lie under oath. Being that his father (Gary Settle) is the superintendent of the state police. Somehow my lawyer says the audio isn’t audible at that time (imagine that!) and showed up late to my court date refusing to speak with me beforehand. Then forcing me to take a deal without having time to consider or fight my case. Not sure why a lawyer would be afraid of the state police but this legal system is nothing but a corrupt bureaucracy of criminals violating our constitutional rights.

I wish I could give 10 stars because it is well deserved I honestly was thinking about this well in advance of writing this post. Out of the many professionals I have interacted with, doctors, lawyers etc. this as the most positive experience I have had. I found the Reed law firm when I was thrust into a family law matter with my spouse. As an attorney myself, I can say that the saying " an attorney who represents him/herself has a fool for a client! So I knew finding competent counsel was imperative From the first conversation with Mr. Richard Reed and his staff it was crystal clear that his level of knowledge of the law was superb. He walked me through the entire process. having to go to court as a litigant is extremely stressful and scary. Particularly, it's the fear of the unknown but, knowledge is power so by the end of our first meeting I knew that I as in great hands and sleeping at night was easier his deskside or deskside manner is personable and family-oriented there were many occasions where Rich and his team had to talk me off a cliff by gently assuring me that my concerns were valid. Mr. Reed is knowledgeable, confident, and steadfast. conversation I was more confident in knowing the process. Giving control to someone else when the status of your family or financial future is on the line is intimidating at the very least however, should you find yourself in consultation with Richard Reed and his firm, know that you are already smarter than the other side. On the day of court, Mr. Reed was well prepared, confident, and concise. I was honestly amazed and impressed at the level of skill I witnessed. retaining Richard Reed and his team was the best decision I made throughout my case. With this group of individuals regardless of the subject matter you will be getting a highly skilled team of litigators! Opposing counsel beware. at the conclusion of the case. I was glad it wwas over but, I was sad to move on from the team. At this point I felt as if I was part of the family, but I am not selfish and know there are other weary souls out there who also deserve their zealous representation. 10 stars bar none.
