Merritt was quick to respond to a time sensitive request and was very helpful in guiding me through the process and responding to follow-up questions.

Didn't feel that advise/strategies were in my best interest. Would not recommend.

Merritt went above and beyond my initial agreement with both him and his firm. He is the first attorney to actually reach out to me and ask me about my experience using his firm. I had a lot of respect for him, especially since I was not getting very far in my settlement negotiations. When Merritt heard about my frustrations, he promised to personally look over my files and take charge of the situation. Which he did, immediately. In the end, he was able to settle my grievance (to my satisfaction) and make good on his promise that he would see it all the way through the end. I highly recommend Merritt.
