Erika Gnazzo reached out to me to get more information about my case. Spoke to her in detail, to which she responded with saying she needed to consult with managing partner to see if the could take on the case and that she would get back to me. I called and left a message after 4 days. It’s not been another 1 week since leaving the message and still haven’t heard back. She’s actively ignoring since I called earlier today and was told by receptionist that Erika was available, she then came back on the line to ask my name. Upon providing name, receptionist changed her tune and said “let me get a call back number for you Erika is busy” what changed in 45 seconds? If they don’t want to take on the case, atleast have the common decency and professionalism to inform me instead of avoiding like the plague. Downright unprofessional. Or maybe she got offended that I was keeping my options open and speaking with other firms.
