Phil and our family share the same last name, but we are not actually related. Phil has been our family attorney for over a decade now. We trust him and his legal advice indubitably. He has been our counsel through numerous commercial and real estate transactions. He consistently keeps us abreast of changing situations during the deals and always includes/explains to us, as the client, for all decision making. He is always available via email and telephone, most times with 1-day or less response time. His advice errs on the side of cautious and protective of our interests, which is exactly what you want from an attorney. His entire team at his firm is knowledgeable and equally trustworthy. Bonus, is that he can understand quite a bit of the Korean language verbally, and can even speak it a little. However his English is perfect and written communications are always clear and concise.
