Breakout Capital hired Doug in May 2017 after he served as external counsel helping the company secure its first credit facility. Since that time, Doug has negotiated an extension of that facility plus two additional credit facilities, led the diligence and negotiations on prospective M&A transactions, and served as a key member of the executive team, where his duties extend well beyond just legal.
