Pros
1
Highly knowledgeable and effective at explaining complex legal matters in an understandable way for clients
“Very knowledgeable with a great way of explaining very technical information to the layperson. David was to the point, and didn't waste any time, while still fully explaining all information presented.”
2
Responsive, thorough, and trustworthy in handling clients' legal needs
“Mr. Knasel was very responsive to our estate planning needs, helping us to understand the process and feel secure in his ability to guide us in a trustworthy manner.”
3
Excellent communication and customer service
“David and his team were thorough and professional with every step of our estate planning process. Dave explained our options, which was helpful.”
4
Highly respected and experienced in the legal community
“Our company has been using Mr. Knasel as our corporate attorney for more than 4 years. Knowledgeable, expedient, straight shooter, to the point are his greatest professional attributes and uncommon for many in the legal profession.”
5
Passionate and dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients
“In all honesty, I would need to spend hours writing this review if I were to articulate my thoughts to truly convey my overall experience with Kaveh. He did not always give me the answers I wanted, even including the times I gave my best effort to sway his answers by exhausting him into submission by asking the same question 10 different ways, but I found an incredible sense of relief in the fact he didn't try to beat around the bush, ever. What he was telling me, I felt, was his honest opinion based on his professional knowledge and experience.”
Cons
1
Occasional unprofessional behavior or questionable practices
“Odd and unprofessional behavior. Officer at one point asked me 'where did you find this guy?' I have no clue. I did not find him. I didn't know his name until today. Consistently tried to manipulate me into 'being part of the team' yet did not introduce himself to me, ask me any questions, or know or care what has happened, what the facts of the case are, or if his client or anyone else involved is ok.”
2
May not always be upfront about the likelihood of case outcomes
“He implied that is bc of the types of cases. (Again, he has asked zero questions about our case).”
