As a UK based customer the US telecommunications legal arena was completely alien to me and before he could start to represent us Jonathan worked hard to understand our structure and services.
Based upon his analysis our strategy with regards to US registration was completely changed and we have avoided considerable costs and complexity. When negotiations with our telecommunications suppliers were in danger of becoming bogged down Jonathan's clear, concise and well argued interpretations ensured that not only was momentum maintained but also that decisions were always favourable.
Jonathan seems to have an encyclopaedic knowledge of telecommunications law - both statute and how it is being practically applied by the various agencies and departments of the US government. His knowledge and experience were key to the successful conclusion of our negotiations.
I whole heartedly recommend Jonathan and his team.

Jonathan is very knowledgeable in Telecoms and is very much involved in new developments. I have worked with a number of lawyers in the past and I could say that Jonathan is very much approachable and is always willing to share his expert opinion.
We have always relied on him and his partners for all issues or questions pertaining to telecoms regulatory issues, taxes, and sometimes, even new businesses. Jonathan and his team always make sure that we are updated on new changes and reminds on reporting deadlines by peridically sending out email bulletins.

Dear Jonathan and Chuck,
Compass Global has become recognized worldwide the past twelve years for its superior quality, technology, software and services to an ever expanding elite global customer base. We are consequently attracting significant numbers of legal firms that wish to represent us. They each tell us how much they can do for us, both big and small firms alike. I recently had more than a dozen meetings the past three months at international trade shows in Europe, Africa and the U.S. alone. By reaching out to us, I respect the fact that these companies are no different than what my sales people and I do every day, which is to try and grow our account base and business. I am therefore very respectful when they request to meet with us, and we grant them a fair and impartial interview. I therefore thought you might like to know how your firm stacks up against these other firms.
First, let me say that I am not telling you this just because you have been our primary legal firm for many years. I only tell you this to provide you and your team with feedback in order for you to gauge how you and your team rank (in my opinion) against your competition.
There are certainly bigger firms with more resources and more depth than you have available at your firm. And there are smaller companies whose pitch is that their rates are consequently lower due to their smaller size, but then so is the level of their support. Therefore, dollar for dollar and pound for pound, you and Chuck and the rest of the team at H&M are by far the best in the entire industry. Your organization should feel really good about what you all do, and about how you do it, and most of all by what you have accomplished these past five years. Some of your people are nothing short of being truly brilliant….and you know that we are a VERY tough critic!
I am also pleased to see that you continue to make improvements to your systems, services and processes and that you are not stagnating and accepting the status quo. We are both in highly competitive industries which get more challenging daily. There are many new resources and services available that can make you and your team even better than you are today. I am confident that you will continue to be on the leading edge and take advantage of these enhancements. This in turn will help both H&M and Compass Global to be more efficient and competitive in the future.
In conclusion, I thought you and your team might enjoy this feedback. Hey, you can “reread” it the next time you are having a “bad hair day”!!
