Ms. Kiara Swinton is truly the best there is. She handled my reckless driving case with swift expertise. Loudon County is notorious for being hard on reckless driving cases, but she amended my charges from "reckless driving" to "failure to obey a highway sign!" With the charges being reduced from a misdemeanor to an infraction, my stress about the consequences melted away. I went from possibly facing jail time, points on my license, or more, to having to pay a $100 fine and court fees. I still learned my lesson though! I won't be driving 70 in a 40 again.
