The Harbison and Kavanagh are very personal and helpful whit my disability claim. Blair was always available to answer all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their case.

I was ready to give up when I reached out to Harbison & Kavanagh. I had been repeatedly denied for SSDI because nothing was just cut and dry about my claim. Tom was the first person I spoke with and he was just amazing at answering my questions. Greg was great at explaining the process with me and returned my calls and/or emails in a timely manner. Blair was on top of things when gathering all my evidence. Everyone was very proficient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone facing that uphill battle for the benefits you deserve!

Wasn't able to retain their services at this time however I did get a call and they took the time to explain the process I needed to take care of in order for tgem to help.

Prior to the Appeal Hearing and leading up to it, the staff was always available to answer questions, upload docs promptly and clarify anything else I was unsure of. Not only did they meet with me prior to the hearing. They reached out 30 days prior to discuss and gather additional info about me. We again met before the hearing to finalize the case so Mr. Kavanagh could prepare his questions for the hearing. At the hearing Mr. Kavanagh had extensive notes about my issues and to say he was prepared is an extreme understatement. Besides questions to myself he was right there to provide clarification to the Judge and Vocational Expert. Mr. Kavanagh and the staff exceeded my expectations and performed at a level of professionalism and knowledge that is above the norm. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for representation.
