This was my first time being charged with a traffic violation this serious requiring court. (I'm from PA and was unaware of Virginia's laws where over 80 MPH is considered reckless driving). Could not recommend Dan Leavitt more. He gave clear advice/instructions for everything I had to do. Very grateful. :)

Well I was traveling through dinwiddie county from North Carolina for a baby shower in VA. I was rolling with the flow of traffic and BAM blue lights. The officer hands me the ticket and I continue on my journey. It wasn’t until I got back to NC and really read the citation and much to my dismay realized that it was for reckless driving. That’s a serious charge in Virginia( in case you didn’t know). I actually sent an inquiry to another attorney ( on Sunday )who immediately referred me to Mr. Leavitt. His office contacted me first thing Monday morning. Dan told me that he could get the charge reduced with no points on my license. Happy to say he did just that! Although, his fee is a little expensive, he helped me out of a serious charge. If you find yourself in a similar situation I recommend giving Dan a call!

Dan is the man!! So thankful I found him just before going with one of the predatory attorneys that emailed and called me non-stop. Dan put a lot of time and effort into my case and for that I'm very thankful. He was abe to perform a miracle for me and I know this from personal experience. I will recommend Daniel Leavitt and his firm to anyone that is in need of representation for any sort of traffic violation. I have a clean driving record and was gutted after receiving my very first ticket. It wasn't just a speeding ticket, but it was a 83/55 mph reckless driving ticket. This was a "BIG DEAL" ticket that I received, especially for my very first one. I was not familiar with the area and failed to realize the dramatic speed decrease - which is totally on me. The consequences can be severe and I immediately did my research and sent an inquiry to Dan. I will tell you it is well worth paying the fee for an attorney, especially one as skilled as Dan Leavitt. He is successful at what he does and was confident he could get my violation reduced. He did more than that, he got the charges 100% dismissed with zero fines or court costs. I'm telling you, I couldn't have done this on my own as Dan instructed me on all the steps I needed to take for the best result and to show that I am taking this very seriously. Even when I expressed my doubts that some of these things had to be done, I trusted him 100% and I am glad I did. Not only did he answer every panicked email and question, he was very reassuring that we were doing everything we needed to succeed. I emailed so often (and he responded to each inquiry) I went from addressing him as "Mr. Leavitt" to "Dan" in our correspondence-he felt like a friend. I hope to never have to retain his services in the future, but I would recommend him to anyone who needs a skilled attorney I was solicited by dozens of mailers from law firms as soon as my case got posted, but I am glad I did my research and found Leavitt & Martin (without solicitation) and I just know this result wouldn't have been possible without them. Very satified with my result. Although there was a slight misunderstanding about the cost. I thought when I made my initial payment to Corey it included court cost and fine but when the case was resoved I had to pay another $198.

Mr. Leavitt is a highly competent legal professional.
