I got a traffic ticket for Sussex County and was charged with reckless driving.....a frightening experience! After a google search I called the phone number for Leavitt & Martin and got a return call from Dan Leavitt on that same day - a Sunday! He explained to me exactly what he expected would happen with my case and he was correct. I could reach him promptly with any question. I always got prompt replies. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION! They are very professional lawyers. I received a reckless speeding ticket in VA after visiting family. I returned to SC and googled lawyers. I sent an email and they immediately responded. Due to COVID-19 the court date was changed to two months later. I never reminded the lawyer about the court date. The lawyer attended the trial and fortunately was able to reduce the original charge to a non-moving violation. I would definitely highly recommend this firm to anyone in need of their services.

I received a ticket in VA and Dan was incredible during the entire process. I had spoken to many attorneys and Dan stood out to me - he had a calm demeanor, made me feel assured that my traffic matter would be handled to my satisfaction, and most importantly, set + managed my expectations well. Other reviewers had mentioned that Dan is very responsive and that is the absolute truth. Just moments before writing this review, I sent an email to Dan regarding my recent traffic matter and he responded quickly. I can't stress how important this was to reaffirm my comfort that this matter would be taken care of. I hope I never have to reach out to Dan again, but should I or someone I know have a traffic matter in Virginia, Dan is the attorney I would trust.

Great Thanks!! (maybe grammatically incorrect) but never mind caz can't find anything more suitable to appreciate the help extended by Mr Corey Martin. I was summoned with a reckless driving 89/70 limit in I95 Virgina state and I am an out of state driver, so really spent lot of time in finding a suitable law firm, reached few attorney's before speaking with Mr Corey Martin, though other Law firms offered me discounted fee compare to Leavitt & Martin but they couldn't guarantee me no points, all they promised was it will be reduced to speeding ticket with 3 points, and the downside with other law firms was I spoke only with the front desk/associates/gate keepers not with actual attorney's. But with Leavitt & Martin my call was directly answered by Mr Corey , attorney who represented my case in court, this gave me positive sign to opt for Leavitt & Martin over other Law firms. And he was confident that he can try his best to bring it down to Zero points though he didn't commit, but his statement was convincing, he proved it on the day of hearing by bringing down my reckless driving to Defective Equipment with no points, I was extremely happy of the judgement, and can say they are really best when it comes to reckless driving, thanks again to Mr Corey and his team!!

Mr. Martin and Mr Leavitt were totally professional when dealing with them. I was charged with reckless driving on I95 and they had it reduced. I am very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend them!

I needed an attorney in VA but do not live there so I had to go by what competing attorney’s websites said. Mr. Leavitt’s site had a lot of information that I felt other attorneys might charge to obtain. I am extremely satisfied with his representation. This was an extremely stressful situation but he made me feel hopeful and more at ease. And you can’t put a price on that. The court’s decision was better than I could have hoped and exactly what Mr. Leavitt told me would likely happen. I am forever indebted to him.

I received a reckless driving citation from Emporia PD a few months back for doing 82mph in a 70mph zone on I-95. I called Leavitt and Martin the following morning to see if they’d be willing to represent me in court without me having to appear since I live in New Jersey. Dan agreed and gave me a rundown of how the court appearance would play out. They were able to get the reckless driving reduced to defective equipment (non-moving violation), saving me an absolute nightmare with my employer since I am a CDL holder. So, if you want your issue handled the best way possible, give these guys a call. You won’t be disappointed.

Mr. Leavitt is just THE BEST lawyer out there! November, 2019, I was charged with Reckless Driving doing 85 on a 70mph in VA. I emailed Mr. Leavitt that same night when I became aware of the serious charge a Reckless Driving is in the state of Virginia. He was very polite, and helpful . I also spoke with 4 other lawyers, but Mr. Daniel Leavitt was the one I decided to go with. Yes, he was the one who charged me the most, when compared to a TON of letters of lawyers I received at home, BUT it gave me tranquility knowing my case would be well attended. You get what you pay for, right?! My court just happened this last week of January. Mr. Leavitt was able to bring the charge down to a non moving violation, no points on my license, no class to be taken. I just paid the ticket + court costs. I also didnt go to court as he was there to represent me. I hope I never have a need to use his services anymore, but I would recommend him to EVERYONE out there. He is truly an amazing lawyer.
