Carter Allen was very informative, didn’t hold anything back as far as giving me information about my marriage situation. He gave me so much info I almost could do it myself. HOWEVER, I know that I will hire his team when the time comes

This was only the initial consultation with Mr. Allen and I am hoping I will not end up having to retain him. However if I end up needing to retain him, I feel I will be in very capable hands. Mr. Allen was very confident, knowledgable, calm and compassionate. I felt welcome and at ease from the moment I pulled up to the building, thanks to their attention to detail (welcoming flags and signs and scripture,) friendly staff and obvious beliefs and principles.

The bottom line is if you want a hard-working, knowledgeable, empathetic, and supportive lawyer then look no further than Carter Allen. I highly recommend anyone going through custody or any kind of baby mama drama to consider Carter.

I must say I was a bit intimidating walking in the building is very elaborate but everyone were very welcoming. Mr. Allen explained to me all different options making me feel like I’m in good hands.

Carter was a tremendous help with my divorce. I walked in a basket case, requesting a divorce I never in a million years would have expected and Carter was extremely sympathetic, while also explaining all of my options to move forward. The divorce process was very long and drawn out (not because of Mr. Allen) and he helped guide me the entire way. I fully trust Carter as I always felt like he was helping me make decisions that were the best for ME, even if it resulted in less money for his firm. I hired him for child support- feel things that were discussed in the consultation were rediscussed the day of court, which added more time. Was not told to bring certain documents that I should have been advised prior to court date, i feel I could’ve done this myself, unfortunately.

I hired Holcomb law firm to help me with a guardianship conservatorship case. Mr. Allen was the lawyer that represented me at my hearing. He was very caring and really listened to my concerns. He exibited knowlege of the law during the hearing and and truly advocated for me. He was able to get my case dismissed. He was always quick to respond to my concerns and offer good advice. Awful lawyer for divorce. Never finished paperwork. Or filing. His wife is the receptionist and an awful human being. He allowed the other attorney to prepare divorce threatened me with cost of court and advised me to give up everything.after 22 years of marriage. I lost everything.
