I’ve hired mark to represent me for several traffic infractions and he has always been great. Very professional and responsive. He always took the time to explain the legal process and made me feel very at ease.

I didn’t know what to do after I was charged with DUI and Reckless. Everyone told me the same thing, DON’T WAIT TO GET A LAWYER. I looked at a lot of attorneys online but ultimately chose to consult with Mark. I figured if he’s half as good a lawyer as he is a Christian, I might stand a chance. After I hired him, the burden was lifted and I left the outcome in gods hands. We were able to negotiate a plea agreement. The DUI was DISMISSED. I got a better outcome than I had even hoped for.

I bought a car from an insurance action from Virginia, I flu from Seatlle to pickup and drive it back, the dmv was closed and had to wait two weeks for an apoitment, so decided to drive , got stopped by police and fined, I contacted Mark and he got my fine dismissed so it did not go on my driving record, thank you.

I selected Mark from a simple google search because he worked down the street. And I got very fortunate to find him. He represented me in a 54/35 speeding ticket and was able to get it dropped to defective equipment. But dealing with him was the amazing part!!! I hired Mr.Matney a few years ago when my daughter was a high school student about to graduate and head off to college for a speeding ticket. After the consultation, I knew he was the perfect attorney for the task. He prepared us and explained exactly what we needed to do. We did as he said and didn’t even have to show up for court, case dismissed.
