We have used Promise Law several times for our planning needs. Recently, they helped devise a special needs POA and medical directive. They showed respect, dignity and kept the legalese aspect within the realm of my family member to make decisions with help. My family member enjoyed Genevieve’s metaphorical descriptions and the YouTube videos which help understand these thoroughly detailed legal documents. They now feel a peace of mind regs their future.

My aunt had this firm create her Will. She has now been passed for over 2 years. This estate has not been settled. It is a very simple estate. 1 house a couple of bank accounts, nothing major at all. House was sold a year ago. They are horrible about communicating. Will not return phone calls and seems to me that they wait till the last minute to get things done. If they're working on it at all! Do yourself a favor and find another firm. They may be great when creating the will. But move at a snails pace when it comes time to settle.

The team at Promise Law was exceptional to work with. I needed to update all of my legal documents including will, trust, power of attorneys and was somewhat anxious about the process.
