I hired Josh based on a reference from a good friend as the go-to-guy for traffic related offenses on the Peninsula. I unfortunately had put myself in a situation with 3 tickets in 3 municipalities in 90 days. Josh was able to netogitate with the courts on each offense and I walked away with all dismissed. I cannot say more about his abilities and candor with the courts. A job well done.

Mr. Goff, represented me zealously just recently, And was able to have my charges dropped and me probation reinstated. He cares about his clients and I would recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Goff did an outstanding job in my case. He is always very diligent in returning phone calls and working on my case. While he is nice and approachable in person, he is very aggressive in court. I saw a lot of other attorneys in court and Mr. Goff was by far the best prepared and most aggressive. Highly recommended.

My previous lawyer was unable to get me bond for weeks. The old lawyer didn't even have time to visit me, or answer my calls. I was advised by a friend to hire Joshua, and that he was an excellent lawyer. Best decision I could have made. he met with me the same day, and got me bond the next day. He comes off as a nice guy at first.. which concerned me. I was worried he wouldn't be assertive enough in court. but hes one of the few lawyers who actually spends time researching the case instead of just "winging it" and counting on a plea bargain. On my court day, I was amazed. it was like he was a different person. there really was "no more Mr.Nice-guy". he made the prosecution look downright stupid. Even the judge had to ask, "so what did the defendant do wrong?". CASE DISMISSED. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of quality legal representation. Like my friend said, "hes one of the few lawyers who actually works hard and isn't corrupted by the money..yet".
