My fiancé and I hired Mr. Overbey to assist us with obtaining primary physical custody and shared legal custody of his teenage son. Words cannot fully describe what an amazing attorney and advocate you will have in hiring Shawn Overbey. I have had the privilege to have Mr. Overbey as my lawyer. I had gotten into a bad car accident, and he was there for me every step of the way. The first time we met he made a house call, because I was unable to travel. He was kind, warm, and made me feel at ease with the whole process. It was the first time I ever needed a lawyer, so I was unsure about a lot prior to meeting him. He was the best person for the job, and I never felt alone during the process.
