I have been represented by Mr. Leonard Heath on several occasions during the last 15 years and he still continues to amaze me with his outstanding code of ethics. In the late 90’s I was involved in three separate auto accidents all within a year of each other. I was in pain, fighting with insurance companies and at my wits end. I had previously worked as a legal secretary and was not very confident in how the legal system worked or trusting of many of the attorneys I had come in contact with. After meeting Mr. Heath, my confidence was indeed restored. Every time I had a question, he answered my call. He or his staff ALWAYS called me back the same day. He always went the extra mile every time I had a problem whether it was a doctor who said they couldn’t do anything more to keeping the insurance companies from taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. He steered me away from issues when my emotions were running high, and on more than one occasion his candor and common sense came to the rescue. He helped me understand the complete process from start to finish. Mr. Heath always had my best interest in mind and always listened to whatever I had to say. He is so personable, you feel like you have known him all your life. His skills and good relationships with the courts and other attorneys make him a strong professional in the world of law.
