I received a reckless driving ticket in Chesapeake(85/60). I also had 3 previous speeding tickets within 5 years in Virginia so my driving record was not great. I learned about Mr. Huff via a letter that I received offering an evaluation of my case after receiving a reckless driving court summons. I was pulled over allegedly traveling 81 in a 45 mph zone. I truly had no idea I was still in Virginia nor was I aware that the particular portion of highway I was on had a PSL of 45. I contacted him for a free consultation and it was very reassuring. Initially, from the moment of the evening I was pulled over to the moment before I actually spoke with Mr. Huff, I was very worried as I have never been accused of reckless driving let apart receive a charge for it. Mr. Huff was able to answer my questions well in advance which, in retrospect, ended up saving me both money and time that would’ve been spent performing mundane tasks that would’ve probably had little to no effect on my case.
