Found myself in quite a pickle at a Phish show down in Hampton, Virginia! Being from out of state, my situation looked doubly bad. With multiple pending charges, I was lucky enough to hire Scott Ehrenworth as my attorney. There is a saying in the Old Dominion: “come on vacation, leave on probation”. I will say that without Mr. Ehrenworth’s expertise of Virginia law and relentless efforts to minimize my sentence, I would not yet be out of custody, let alone sitting in my home ten hours away. The suggested statutes were sickening to realize and no doubt I would have spent a decade in VA had I settled for a public defender. In addition to convincing the courts that I deserved a “no jail time suspended sentence”, Scott was able to argue that my out of state medical marijuana card be valid in the commonwealth so that I would not be found in violation of my plea agreement. If you find yourself unfortunate enough to be “caught red-handed in open air”, do yourself the favor of hiring Scott Ehrenworth! Proper representation is worth every penny, and Scott was even more than fair about that aspect. God forbid I need an attorney in VA ever again, no question as to who I would call or recommend. Ten stars!!!

Scott did an excellent job with my case. I was pulled over doing 89 in a 55, which is a misdemeanor facing jail time. Did my research on lawyers as soon as I got home and decided to call Scott. He informed me of what the possible outcomes could be and gave me recommendations on what I needed to do to fight my case. My court date was set 5 months out and Scott kept in contact the entire time, always available to answer any questions. Court date came and Scott presented my case to the judge. He warned me prior that we didn’t have the best judge for my case, turned out to be true and that she was not a fan of motorcycles. Through Scott pleading my case he got my misdemeanor charges dropped to speeding, no jail time and I kept my license which was a huge win for me. I would highly recommend Scott to anyone that found themselves in a bad situation.

I would love to recommend Scott M. Ehrenworth as your go-to lawyer when it come to summonses for driving. Two months ago when I was driving on the highway, I got into an accident. No one was hurt. The state trooper that came to the scene gave me four summonses, claiming I was driving reckless. I was so nervous and scared when I got those summonses. How can an accident with no injuries result in so many summonses. So, the next day I started my search and found Scott Ehrenworth on Google. I looked at his reviews and I said "let me give him a shot". When I called his secretary picked up, took all my information and asked questions about the summonses. She told me that she would relay the message to Scott and he would give me a call back. He called me back the next day and we talked about the whole situation. He told me the pros and cons of the whole case for when we go to court. He was straight-forward and honest. During those two months leading to court, Scott answered all my emails and phone calls. He was by my side, making sure anything I needed got resolved and answered. When we finally went to court he was great! He took initiative when we were in court. He asked all the right questions and gave good responses to anything the judge asked. At the end when the judge look over the case, the judge dismissed ALL four summonses.
