I got my first reckless driving ticket driving from MD back home to VA...I sped up to avoid a road rage situation. My Honda drove so smooth I sped right past a trooper without even realizing I was breaking the sound barrier. Attorney Goff represented me...he walked me through best and worst case scenarios when I consulted with him. After I retained him, he told me exactly what I needed to do to best represent my case. When we were in court there were people taking the stand and speaking for themselves when they too had lawyers. Without me asking, Attorney Goff did all of the talking on my behalf. That was a big thing for me because I suck at public speaking. Since then I’ve referred several people to him and no one has been disappointed yet.

My Son had to appear before the Court for a speeding ticket; 81 MPH in a 55 MPH zone. Attorney John Dooley expertly represented his case and was able to get it dismissed altogether. Everyone here is polite, professional, and to the point. My case was around the holidays and they still made sure I got the information needed in a timely manner. In the end they were able to get my case dismissed (possessions charge). I would definitely recommend, and God forbid, go to them again if I'm in trouble.

I had the pleasure of having Mr.Goff represent me in a case in Hampton. The state police where so hard on to get a firearm convictions them and the D.A started making up all types of foolishness. Josh was the person to help on this one. #1. I had No idea I was reckless driving, thinking it would be 20 over. #2. I wasn't even in a hurry, and had just left a funeral. The State patrolman was really a nice guy, and tried to lean towards reduction with my attorney. #3. Even if she was not going to reduce it, we were going to appeal it, to a better place for the one charge I spent, #4.We did not have to, and she blasted me with a big fine, and reduced it to 1-9 speeding.
