My lawyer was Katherine Nace and she was nothing short of spectacular. Long story short Katherine fought for me to get more time with my daughter because my ex wife wasn’t letting me see my daughter at all. Katherine got me more time than I thought we were ever going to get. Even though I was extremely happy with the results Katherine wished she could’ve gotten me more parenting/ visitation time. After receiving over 2 dozen letters from various law firms because of a traffic ticket that I received for reckless driving (+21 mph over in a 55 mph zone), I knew that this was serious and could possibly destroy my record and career, if convicted. I also walked away with minimal damage to my driving record (+6 mph) over speed limit instead of reckless driving.
