We were very dissatisfied with our case. It has been over a year since the accident, we were given the run around by the Paralegals and attorney representatives. I felt that our case wasn't treated as important as it should have been and if our case was really worth the minimal that we received after waiting over a year, the representatives should have a courtesy to allow the clients to have an idea if it's even worth getting a law firm involved. Unfortunately, we've been in other accidents and handled them without representation and actually received way more with less hassle and time and definitely with better customer service. This law firm was unprofessional, ignored calls, passed our case to different people to handle within the firm. Told us many times that they're waiting on paperwork but when I reach out to the people the Paralegal says she's waiting to hear from, they send me a copy of what was sent which was sent the same week or month the firm asked for it. I feel our case was unfair. To top it off...with all the money they make from our case, their front office receptionist doesn't even have a decent office. It's like she's just thrown in there with a bunch of paperwork. As pretty as their offices and furniture looks, they should at least give their front office people some luxury for all the customers they have fend off from the Attorneys and Paralegals. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. I would say to look elsewhere and weigh out the options.

I heard of Kalfus & Nachman through commercials and advertisement. They seemed like very good company, a representative came to our house in less than a week to gather my prescription information and asked questions. After my wife and I signed the consent form it was like pulling teeth trying to get in contact with a representative about the status on my case. I finished my physical therapy in May 2019 and it took almost year to collect all the paper work. It was always some excuse. Then once it was time to negotiate I was told it was gonna be another year to finally see a settlement due to covid -19 because they wanted to go to court . I decided to settle this one like the commercial said, and I was very unsatisfied with the results. I just wanted to be done with the company. I had been in a accident before and was told it was better to settle without a lawyer after review of my case. I just wish Kalfus & Nachman gave me the same courtesy

I had a wonderful exceptional experience. My attorney Christopher Jacobs was great. He forced the defendant to pay up after hitting me. I recommend calling Chris Jacobs if you're in a crash.

My experience with Kalfus and Nachman was awesome. Paul Hernandez was very professional and fair, also had a good sense of humor. Also a big shout out to Carmen, she kept me inform majority of the time and checked on me as often as she could. First time ever needing a law office and they came through for me.... I highly recommend Kalfus and Nachman!!!

I was pleased with the service. However it took a long time to settle and the settlement was very low. But overall the experience was ok.

Wow, I was very pleased with the top of the line service. I felt especially good about the communications. The emails I received about the happening in the area were very helpful. I entered some of the contests to win tickets to events. I like that and it was fun. If I ever need service, I will be right back here. Major G.
