Update: The company replied to my message below claiming that they do not have a Kerry settles, well the brunette woman in the photo above IS KERRY SETTLES and I have proof of her signature in the contract you sent me Don't fall for this fraudulent lawfirm!!! BE WARE OF KERRY SETTLES SHE IS A SCAMMER, SHE TRIED TO GET MY TO SIGN A CONTRACT AND PAY ALL OF THESE FEES!!! Hyatt referred me to stackhouse, I must say right now this is the WORSE LAWFIRM I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. Kerry gave me hope thinking that she could help me with my court issue, but she left me high and dry at the last minute. and only gave me a few days to find a new layers. If you did not want to work with me then why not just say that IN THE BEGINNING? On the phone when we first met she said i will pay NOTHING, HYATT covers everything. that was a LIE, less than a week to my court date, she threw all of these fees at me (delivery, telephone fees, printing, and service fees trying to force me to pay all of this money. OH AND I ALMOST FORGOT, I HAVE TO PAY TRAVEL. She told me that traveling fees are 0.44 cents a mile, but later on when i contacter her she bumped it up to 0.58 cents, WTF! THAT WOMAN IS A SCAMMER. and I will post my feedback anywhere necessary so EVERYONE will know how terrible of a person she is. Luckily for me i have a lawyer representing me, even though my court date is in a few days. I hope you read this message kerry Settles, because... GOD DON'T LIKE UGLY!

I was very pleased with my representation from Josh. He was very responsive throughout the entire process, and he guided me in getting prepared for court. My charge was greatly reduced as a result of Josh's hard work. I would highly recommend Josh to a friend or family in need.

I previously reviewed Eric Leckie who is at the same firm and represented be during the initial proceedings for felony drug possession. Mr. Leckie got me into a first offender program with a year of probation and treatment after which the case would be dismissed. I did well on probation except for one failed drug test which the prosecutor threatened to make a big deal of and Mr. Lepchitz via his good relationship with the prosecutor was able to convince them to overlook it and my case was dismissed. Even though I personally plan on staying out of trouble I would recommend him to anyone who does find themself in trouble. 10/10

This firm has been my attorney's for my workers compensation case since late 2009. They have done a FANTASTIC job and have even been able to tolerate my idiosyncrasies throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them for your workers compensation issues!!!!!

Got my sentence to just a fine, when it could have been jail time. Stepped in at last minute, and really talked me through it. My license is suspended in Virginia, so he even paid for my Uber! Very happy with my outcome, and decision to go with Invictus Law.
