Never dreamed I would resort to a lawsuit to resolve an auto injury , but when the distracted drivers insurance company refused to return calls I was glad I found Rutter Mills. When I was trying to deal with the pain from the accident, I went out of my way to drop off copies of bills from Physical Therapy and Docs at the insured local office. The agency staff assured me they were faxing the copies to the personal injury agent dealing with my accident. My file of copies was getting thick and when I tried to reach out to the agent to see how he intended to deal with the mounting bills, I found a stonewall. I sent word he could either call me back or I would hire an attorney he could deal with. Really glad I ended up at Rutter Mills as it was apparent to me that agent was hoping I would just go away Everybody I dealt with at Rutter Mills was professional and courteous, which really helped me through this unfamiliar process.

My experience with Rutter Mills has been a couple of years back. Although some time has passed, I still remember and remain upset with this firm every time I see the commercial. I was treated like a child...I was yelled at and treated as if I didn't deserve their help and this Lawyer made me feel as if I was too poor to even be in the building. I should have reported this Lawyer, but I was too intimidated at the time to do so, and now it probably wouldn't even matter. I just felt as if I needed to say something now, being it still bothers me everytime I see the commercial. Disappointed me...💯😖
