Called on them to represent me , they wanted nothing to do w the car damage just big personal injury lawsuit . After hours of consultation w several different people they decided to not take the case . Very selective check chasers . I would not recommend their service.

My husband, myself, and a friend we referred here were all overly taken care of by Tedi and her team. We all received reasonable settlements in a timely manner. This law firm definitely appreciates the chance to earn your business and continues to show their appreciation even after signing! My husband and I were showered with appreciation EVEN once we picked up our checks! They gave me a MK wallet as a parting gift, sent flowers when I had Covid, cookies, candy, etc! I am very happy with the services I received from Rutter Mills after I was rear-ended. They helped me with setting up doctors appointments and PT with groups they directly work with so I did not need to lay out thousands of dollars while my case was being handled. I was updated throughout the entire process about the progress made on my case. Toward the end of the process, dealing with Morgan and Ms. Montgomery was great and I highly recommend reaching out to Rutter Mills if you need representation after a car accident.

Amazing lawyers & paralegals, they handled my workman’s comp case and are amazing, I received Money & mileage due to me and medical bills paid . When it was time to settle Mr. Pound wouldn’t settle for less and got myself what I deserved.I also moved across the US and I was dreading getting another lawyer for my workman’s comp ,nope didn’t have to Ruttermills took care of me!! Never AGAIN!! Never call you, or answer they phone only in text when they wanted information . The insurance lady told me she called them several times and left messages with no call back. Then when they found out the driver didn’t pay his insurance they got a secretary to call me and closed my case. No solution, No Answer to what’s my next step I should take. Oh they did send a GIFT BOX before they found out the driver didn’t have insurance.

I can't help to feel certain I would have gotten better results without an attorney at all than the one given to handle my serious case. Five years after filing for disability I have been given a hearing date and the evening prior and only the second time communicating with me the attorney calls to coach me about my disability. I realized he knew very little about my case or me personally. I needed no coaching as I live with this disability every single day and have often try to coach myself to get through ... Today .. So very disappointed and would Highly Highly Not Recommend for anyone seeking a serious attorney !!!! I often see the commercials , the slogans, yet to hear one that I feel is sincere or accurate ( in my case anyway) just has not happened. I've decided on another attorney and will soon refile and confident I will have a much better experience. Five years. Not working, depending on others and relying on a paralegals confidence. So very disappointing and the absolute worst communication for attorneys that Seem sincere as they are building your trust. Happy to provide the attorneys name in a private but a firm believer in the One Bad Apple affects the Bunch cliche and The bunch that worked 5 years on my case but had to read unfamiliar notes from their laptop and while the judge was speaking his attention was either trying to read the notes now to himself or chat with someone online purhaps. It was not on the case in front of us all and I was embarrassed. The judge commented about this also. I cried throughout the hearing after the attorney tried to demonstrate how I should walk with a back injury as we go into the room. Five years !!!!!!! Just heart breaking really. I'm back where I started only years later, unable to work. Unable to depend on others and with very little faith in a seemingly interested paralegal and a very uninterested attorney. I have hopes the attorney I speak to now, who returns my calls himself will know me well enough to know I Can't Fake Being Well no matter how hard I try and coaching me is very unnecessary. *July 6, 2023 I did Mr. Rutter see your response to my review and appreciate the time you took to write. I will reach out to you soon. My past case was resolved/ denied last August/September 2022 so this was fairly recent. Also, My case was the first case before the judge since that particular office had closed due to the covid crisis. I will respond to you again soon with my full name and the attorneys name. Yet, I'm not sure what this will aid in helping with at this point and confident I won't seek representation from or recommend this firm. KP I'm not at all surprised by the call that was not returned. I didn't expect one in return after the experience . If you have a serious case, consider a firm that sincerely cares about your case , situation and the outcome as well.
