I would like to think everyone at Rutter Mills for their wonderful service. Everyone from Christine to Melanie, Catherine and of course Dan. Catherine and Dan worked very hard on my case and looked out for my best interest. I never called an update as I was kept current. They’re truly an asset to the law firm. If I could give addition stars I would.

Kristina Parker was awesome and worked really hard on my case!! She was non stop on the insurance companies when they were not so easy to deal with. Will Nexsen was awesome with explaining everything and all the different routes that we could take against the insurance companies. Thank you guys for the hard work. I appreciate you guys for pushing and going beyond!!

Andi C. was my negotiator And I have to say I was more than please. They took my case and I was very new with the process. Alexis H was very good as well. Every step of the way they let me know what to expect and wrapped up my settlement in a matter of days after everything else. Will be sure to contact them again… fingers crossed I will not have to again. Thanks to everyone at this office. And thanks again Andi for the birthday gift 🙂

I generally don’t write reviews. But I wanted to thank all the staff at Rutter Mills for the great job they did on my case. Adam Lotkin, my attorney, was straight forward and solid. He did what he said he would do. He kept reassuring me that I was in good hands, and in the end, he proved, I was. Ruth Simmons, kept me up to date and promptly answered all my questions. Ruth was very thorough and knowledgeable. Selena Day provided backup support and rounded out the team, assisting in putting together my court presentation. The whole staff made me feel like my case was a team effort. When my case was finished, they treated me fairly and worked quickly to pay out my settlement. When going up against large insurance companies, Rutter Mills proved, your law firm does matter. They have experienced, professional people. Thank you all again, for taking a difficult time in my life and making it bearable.

I needed them for Veterans Assistance benefits, which they advertise they can help you with it. I was with another law group that wouldn't answer any concerns, so Rutter Mills had me get a letter from the other law firm stating I dropped them to move over to Rutter Mills. I talked on the phone for less than 5 minutes and then intake coordinator said there's nothing they can do, for me to refile with the V.A. department. Well, that's why I was looking legal help. The V.A. wouldn't help me when I needed more info on how to apply my medical records. Now I'm screwed out of the first lawyer that was extremely slow, but did more than Rutter Mills.

They're lazy, slow and arrogant. My car accident was more than a year ago and they made sure to wait long enough so that I don't get s*** now. So thank you Rutter Mills, for nothing.

The law firm and the staff really handled my case with such precision! Lady ran a stop sign and the Inevitable happened. My 1yr old and I were in a pretty bad accident. I called Rutter Mills and they were on it asap! They not only took care of me, but my daughter as well and I couldn't be more thankful! All I had to do was answer the phone from the initial call till the end they handled everything else! Thank you to everyone involved withbour cases!

The team at Ruttermills are fantastic. Communication is a big thing to me and they kept the door of communication open. They are patient, they are concerning and dedicated to YOUR cause.
