Rutter Mills is amazing the people are great and so Is the service I recommend them to anyone.

I had an auto accident 1 month before my wedding and there were two other cars involved. Both of the other insurance companies were pushing off responsibility on the other, and one flat out told me "we are not paying anything". Well I just settled my case and they definitely paid their share. This by far was not a huge case, or a massive payout for Rutter Mills, but they treated my case like it was just as important. Every step that was taken with my case, I received a call or email letting me know exactly what was going on. Attorney DeLalla took over when the insurance companies came in with a lowball offer that didn't even cover the medical bills. He got job done quickly and got the insurance companies to more than triple their original offer. As far as the review above about the post dated check, I assume they did what they did for me and the other insurance companies send checks addressed to both Rutter Mills and the client. When you come in, you have to endorse the check to be deposited by Rutter Mills and then those funds need to clear before you can deposit the check they write you. Now if Rutter Mills wants to send me a fleece with their name on it like they gave the other lady, I'll gladly wear it and let people know that they went above and beyond for me without a massive payout for them.

I was very pleased with there services. I would recommend them to anyone who has been hurt call them. They are experienced and professional!

When my disability case was denied I decided to call a lawyer. I had called 3 other law firms before Rutter Mills and this is how it went. The first one never called me back, the second one took my information and was to call me back after the lawyer looked over my case, that was the last I heard from them, the third one took my information and called me back, a week later. By this time I had called Rutter Mills feeling a little defeated, the service I received from them was top notch, they took my case right away and got to work on it. They explained everything very well, when I had a question and called the office I received prompt service, I wouldn't get the feeling that I was bugging them, I couldn't have asked for anything more from Rutter Mills. If you want a Great Law Firm to represent you, You have found it !!!

All I can say is I wish I would have hired an attorney to handle my case much sooner and saved the headache! Rutter Mills are true professionals who care about their clients. The whole team was very responsive and thoroughly explained the process to me every step of the way. If I could give them 6 stars I would without a doubt..

I had and still do have the most valuable, professional and friendly relationship with Selena Paszkiewicz and Mr. Lotkin. It was a bit rough waiting for the case to conclude because of covid; however, it was DEFINITELY worth the wait and the experience. Not to mention how, as a 20 year plus employment. Selena was so gracious as to assist me in paralegal questions, as I've just graduated from studying law as a paralegal. Upon the case being concluded, she has still promised I could always call for advice and paralegal help. I'm going to grow up to be just like her (lol). I like the fact that they always told me not to get a loan against my impending case, and Selena (oh yeah, just in case you noticed, I'm on a first name basis with her... I've gained a great friend in her, but I ALWAYS will respect her) NEVER promised anything, At the time, I was so frustrated, I just wanted to know specific dates and times. All that was promised was deposition dates (which changed about three plus times, but mostly due to covid) and a court date. I am thoroughly pleased with all that transpired from the very first day (free consultation) until the last day (picking up my check. I was coming in and my attorney, (Mr. Lotkin), was exiting and I told him I wanted a pic with us all in it. He told me to come back the first of the New Year and I'd get one. These were some reasonable staff that took GREAT care of me!!! Oh, another special and out the way situation happened. They delivered me a nice holiday basket full of goodies and a card, then turned around and gave me a Christmas gift again. I don't know if I should even mention this because everyone has their own specific case; however, I received a Michael Kors wallet. I had to say this because there's a back story to it. My sister and I were talking at church, and I reminded her not to forget her Michael Kors bag. She laughed and said "girl you know we can't afford that... we do knock off bags... lol". So the next Sunday I was able to throw it in her face that Rutter Mills attorneys and paralegals, especially Mr. Lotkin and Selena Paszkiewicz, you're the best ever. PLEASE PLEASE keep doing what you love. When you do what you're meant for and with the joy you both have in it, it's not a job or work... it's a career for life!!! Now before I let everyone go, I'd love to say that I wasn't asked for a review, I was naturally going to do so, so I asked if there was a particular way to post. I know customer service can be a bitter career. Most of us have been there. People are QUICK to leave a bad review or two, but not too many, at all, will take the time to post if they've had a good/GREAT service worth mentioning. I thank you both.
