I was injured at colonnas shipyard back in 2018 because of pure negligence and improper rigging when a 700+lb globe valve rolled off a pallet that was hooked up to a crane and unfortunately hitting me in my lower leg and ankle.By the grace of god and the carhart boots, I only suffered multiple fractures, contusions,fluid and tissue scaring to my right ankle. Long story short after hiring Rutter mills I felt like my case was being handled nonchalantly like this was a regular “ I shut the door on my hand” accident. There’s major evidence pointing to this companies (Colonnas shipyard) unprofessional and Negligent ways in my case but no one at Rutter Mills has represented and fought my case to a settlement or the best Possible outcome for me. I’m going thru excruciating pain daily and especially at night with only the remedy of Tylenol smh. I know there’s a whole lot more this company (Rutter Mills) can do for me, I fail to believe that this is it and there’s nothing that can be done.I’m asking for better help
