Mr. Montagna is an excellent attorney especially regarding divorce and child custody cases. His manner is one of a caring and compassionate attorney, however he is persistent with the courts on behalf of his clients. I would highly recommend his services regarding family law matters.

Mr. Montagna handles my periodic traffic offenses and always gets them dismissed. Depending on the charge he has had me take a driver improvement class, which was actually enjoyable, and my charges are always dismissed. I would never use anybody else for any kind of traffic offense. The cops seem to know him and the bailiff told me one time that I had chosen a good lawyer. Highly recommended.

Anthony helped me with a traffic ticket in September of 2014. His council was excellent and he really took the time to understand the situation and give expert guidance on how best to proceed. He got the ticket dismissed and I got points taken off my license as a result of his council.

Anthony Montagna represented me in an assault case in which he put forth all effort to provide the services as a lawyer that I was looking for. Mr. Montagna is very hardworking, was always on top of my case and successfully got my charges reduced. I would recommend him to anybody!!

Mr. Montagna has handled the divorces of several of my friends and my boyfriend; all were handled well and in a timely fashion. My boyfriend was divorced within a week of finalization of his separation agreement. In addition, I sought and received excellent advice regarding post-divorce complications and show-causes in my own divorce. He also has handled a number of traffic offenses for me, always with excellent results. I recommend him highly and will use him again when the occasion arises.

Anthony handled my last case and did a really great job. The traffic charge was dismissed. The police officer testified in court and Anthony objected. I strongly recommend him for any legal matter.

Today I had court for a (2nd) Non-Complaint on my 2nd DUI. Mr. Montagna stood confident and rebuttal every statement made by the prosecutor. He know the law and will have your back the entire way. Let's say, the procesutor was seeking jail time. With Mr. Montagna knowledge of law, I was found NOT GUILTY!

Tony did an outstanding job defending me on a false allegation, he knows his stuff and had the accusing party so confused that they got caught in their own lies. His ability to think on his feet and knowing what to ask and when to ask is amazing. Jack McCoy has nothing on this guy.
