Tony was very helpful. I had a reckless driving case for doing 84 in a 60. He showed up to court prepared and after noting that the officer seemed disorganized, he inquired about the officer’s Lidar calibration which he did not have. I was found Not Guilty in part due to luck as well as having an observant, and experienced attorney. 5 stars for Tony!

Mr. Montagna represented me yesterday with a family law issue. He was very poised, direct, and professional in the courtroom. His cross examination against my accuser exposed ALL of the holes in her story. I highly recommend him for future legal matters.

Spent $700 for an 81 in a 55 case. Charged with a class 1 misdemeanor. With a spotless record and some side tasks Mr. Montagna suggested I do, I was able to get the charge dropped down to 74 in a 55, and only had to pay a $114 fine, and court costs. If I ever run into any legal issues I will be sure to consult him first. More than happy with my results in court.

Went into court with a DUI, refusal charge, and driving on suspended 3rd offense. Mr Montagna let me know exactly what he was doing and what the possibilities were every step of the way. I hired Anthony Montagna to represent me in a Reckless Driving case. Mr Montagna advised me to take a defensive driving course and do a small amount of community service. We met half an hour before the case was heard , Mr Montagna advised me how it would go and if necessary what to say We were in front of the judge for less than a minute and the charge was reduced to improper driving which is a regular speeding ticket. An excellent result from my perspective. I hope I don’t need legal representation in Virginia again but if I do I will go back to Mr Montagna. I recommend this law firm

Mr. Montagna was very professional and offered tons of information at my consultation. (Traffic court issue) I hired him without hesitation, and I would recommend his office to anyone in need of their services. Edit: July 25,2019 I had my court appearance (Dismissed, yay!) so I wanted to add to my review. Mr. Montagna was prepared, on time, and helped me feel at ease because I was ridiculously nervous. Before going into the courtroom he reviewed what would happen and made sure I had no questions. When we went before the judge, Mr. Montagna was professional and organized. These things contributed to my case being dismissed. Thankfully I have not spent much time in court, but I will say out of the group of attorneys I saw this morning I was grateful to have hired him. Some of them did not seem as motivated as he was to keep their clients informed and at ease in the extremely stressful courthouse environment. As a side note I will add that his office staff was very patient and answered all of my questions. I feel like with traffic cases being common, it might be easy to get lost in the shuffle but I never felt that way. I was treated as an individual from my first phone call, and I would definitely recommend this law office for any of your legal needs.
