Mr. Montagna represented me for a reckless driving charge that I received in Eastville, VA (81 in a 55). I am stationed in Maryland and did realize how serious that type of charge was in Virginia. He explained everything very clearly, instructed me on the things I needed to do before going to court, and checked in with me regularly. His staff was also very kind and helpful when I had questions. On my court date, we arrived early and he again explained what to expect. My case was able to be heard early and Mr. Montagna presented everything I had done before court as instructed. To my surprise, we had the best possible outcome and the judge dismissed my case. I would recommend Mr. Montagna if you are looking for an attorney. He helped me feel comfortable and informed through a stressful experience.

I hired Mr. Montagna to represent me for a reckless driving case. Due to my work circumstances, a conviction of that kind could have led to a one year suspension and a loss of my security clearance. My advice is to listen to what he has to say, follow his instructions exactly, and do them as soon as possible. This will allow him to take care of you as well as he took care of me.
