Antony Montagna is a respectable and honorable man. If you obtain a reckless driving offense in Virginia and need to solidify an attorney, Anthony is the way to go. Although, Anthony is a more expensive attorney, you get what you pay for. I was going 67 in a 45 mph, cruise to control to blame. I met with Anthony and he gave me a list of things to do such as obtain a calibration, take both an 8 hour drivers improvement course and a 4 hour reckless drivers course (I took them both online through the ADAPT program), obtain my DMV certified drivers record, and complete at least 30 hours of community service. It seems like a lot but doing all that I mentioned got my case dismissed with only having to pay court fees. I felt that if I did not have an attorney, my ticket might have been reduced to improper driving due to my calibration being off, but I am glad that this will not effect my driving record. This was an expensive journey for sure but taught me to pay better attention while driving. Once again, if you get pulled over for reckless driving, use Anthony and do what he says and your case too might be dismissed.
