I have nothing but great things to say about Mr. Montagna. I was in a bad situation with a reckless driving ticket and was going to lose my jobs if convicted. Mr. Montagna went above and beyond to defend me during my hearing. Without a doubt his knowledge, expertise, and approach to my case in the court room that day is the only reason I still have my two jobs. For that I can not thank him enough. He is the best at what he does and I highly recommend him to everyone that needs legal help. He not only carries himself with the highest regard to professionalism but also truly cares for his clients.

MY case was dismissed. Not much else to say. Kept in contact when need and the office was polite and available.

Mr. Montagna is hands down the best at what he does, having been charged with a class 1 misdemeanor he was able to get the best possible outcome from it as well as reducing a speeding ticket down to an improper equipment charge the next day. That same day i had the chance to see from a 3rd person perspective what he is able to do in a different situation for another person and after it concluded it was safe to say that going with him WILL be ending with the best result in accordance with your own end of the bargain held up (driving certificates, community service, etc). Overall a very professional, intelligent, reputable attorney.

In my opinion, one will never find a better law firm than this anywhere nearby! Trust me! I was represented by Mr. Broome and my paralegal was Mr. Ray for my Divorce case. Both very knowledgeable Gentlemen. I felt peace of mind immediately after I consulted with Mr. Broome. In the past, I read somewhere that the 'law is sacred' but was skeptical to find a law firm that upholds it until I found Montagna Klein; especially coming from my previous law firm which was terribly terrible! (One with ads on radio. Hint: 'Hell for Men'.). The most distinguishable thing to notice about Montagna LLP is their humane approach to clients. And also, they charge you ONLY reasonably. If you don't believe me, just schedule a consultation with Mr. Broome (free consultation btw), and figure it out yourself, just by weighing the options they will put for you. Quality speaks itself, it does not need ads. I also want to write about certain negative comments written by some here. One of it is, they will not respond/ followup to your phone calls. I had experienced this myself a couple of times but I notified Mr. Ray about it and it was never repeated. If you are having such an experience, it simply means they are flooded with cases! You may ask the operator to speak to your paralegal directly or set up a one on one appointment. I know about Mr. Ray, who was my paralegal. He NEVER failed to respond to any of my queries and himself is a very knowledgeable person. Both Mr. Broome and Ray even look like those 'badass' attorneys you see in the movies.

This lawyer is truly remarkable. Very knowledgeable and caring for his clients. Words can not express how important it is to feel like you have someone taking care of your loved ones in time of crisis. Especially, when you are miles away and cannot be there.. Got my reckless driving case dismissed

Mr. Montagna was my legal representation for a traffic case involving a class 2 misdemeanor. Prior to my court date Mr. Montagna suggested I complete various side tasks so that the case would go a lot smoother and lean towards a more favorable outcome. The day before my court date Mr. Montagna contacted me to make sure I had all of the necessary documents and to answer any remaining questions I might have had. Finally, one of the most stressful days was upon me, but Mr. Montagna assured me that he would give it his all for the best outcome possible. He was very professional and exceptionally knowledgeable on the details and with his experienced background my case was dismissed. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone with legal traffic trouble!
