They say that they have attempted to contact me, but no phone calls or letters or any legal service. Just a default judgment and garnishment of alleged debt I don't owe. Don't know how they skirt the system, but they do. Now I have to sue them to get them to correct their records. If you have the same problem contact a consumer lawyer, until it becomes unprofitable for them to be so bad they will continue to defraud people.

Very pleasant group of people

Set up a settlement with a payment arrangement and they aren’t deducting the money. I like to eat lunch on my lunch break, not deal with things I’ve already dealt with due to the incompetence of others

I took a look at my fiances monthly payment receipt and realized they are adding money on instead of decreasing money from the account .not to mention they aren't even putting the money to the actual account they are putting it all towards thier own interest .

Went into the office on Wed. Feb 7 to pay the debt and was told my bank account will be unfrozen within 24-48 hours. 48 hours ended on Friday Feb. 9 at 4pm. Here it is Monday, Feb. 12 at 1:30pm and my account is still locked. I called the law office on Friday and multiple times today, Monday, and was told they fax the release to both the bank and the court on Friday. The bank called said they never received the release and even if they did unless it has a judge's signature the account will not be unlocked. The court clerk said they do not accept faxes. This is very frustrating!

Poorest and most dirty way I've seen people deal with situations where people are down on their luck. Emptied and overdrafted my whole bank account with NOTHING left to support myself. And no access to my bank account until we go to court. I can't believe this is the America we live in.
