Shameful

I have dealt with many different companies in my lifetime, and now I can truly say that this so called legal firm is the most unethical and unprofessional collection of people I have ever seen. I called and informed them of my job loss and that at the time I had no funds available to pay on the debt. I happen to be on someone else's bank account just in case. This unethical group of people went into the individuals account and took his pension and social security monies to cover my debt! By the way this person is not on the bill anywhere. They literally cleaned the account out! Don't waste your time trying to rectify the situation over the phone. This person is taking the firm to court.

I contact the company to receive the final payoff amount to settle any business with Glasser. Why did they need to know my current job, salary, and additional contact information ? The response i got was to keep my information up to date in their system. If I am doing a full settlement, why do you need to be able to reach me 60 days from now. Also they issued a garnishment on my bank account. There wasn't any notification. Let's see how long after they process my check does it take for Glasser to remove the garnishment and update the courts.

When I passed a woman walking her dogs, I had no idea the dogs would lunge at me. The attack left me with serious injuries on my face and arm. I still have the scars today. Thankfully, I reached out to Richard Serpe, who handled everything for me. The whole process was much easier than I ever expected, and his entire team was so easy to work with. I would like to thank Mr. Serpe and his entire staff, specially Meg Cudden who went out of her way to help me numerous times throughout my case. If I could leave Zero Or Negative stars, I would! The ONLY reason I gave them ONE is because I was forced to in order to leave my review! It has taken me SEVRAL MONTHS to FINALLY get someone on the phone! I had called MULTIPLE times waiting on hold for 15-25+ minutes EACH TIME which resulted in my getting redirected to an answering machine. I left my information three separate times in the last couple of months (only because those three times I was actually able to sit on hold for nearly 30 minutes before being directed to a machine). Each time it had taken them 24 hours to 1 week to return my calls, and of course, each time they had called, I wasn't able to catch the call in time due to work..they only tried to call ONCE each time, and only ONCE out of the three times, left a voicemail telling me to call back to the same number I had been calling!! My messages I left them, informed them that I am waiting nearly 30 minutes to leave a message, and that if they do try to call me to at least leave a direct number to return their call, OR to PLEASE PLEASE try ringing my phone at least two times, because if calling during work hours (8-5), I can't always answer right away!! The reason for my calls is that I was on a payment plan, I had made a few payments, NOTHING was reported to the credit bureaus, and NOTHING was reported to the original creditor!! I then made another payment of $647.00 (total bill was only $895.00) and again...to this very day...NOTHING has been reported to the original creditor, nor the credit bureaus!! I FINALLY got someone to answer the phone this morning...for the record, I was incredibly lucky to have someone answer (felt like I won the lottery), and this lady was actually pretty nice (which was the first, as the secretaries I've dealt with are rude and don't care to help you get in contact with ANYONE)! She explained to me that NOTHING gets reported to ANYONE until the debt is paid in full! Well, how is this even lawful? What happened to my rights of the Fair Credit Reporting Act!!?? I'm paying on this debt (mind you, thie debt is a result of marrying someone who stole every dime from me and I've had to start over)! I am trying my hardest to get this paid, and they SHOULD be reporting ALL of my payments made thus far..3 payments of $40 each, and one payment of $647.00, for a total of $767.00!! YET, not One Red Cent reported!!! CREDITORS, IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY I SUGGEST YOU USE ANOTHER FIRM WHO WILL ACTUALLY SEND YOU THE PAYMENTS WHEN THEY ARE MADE!!!!! For the record, my first 3 payments of $40 were made in October, November, And December of 2016...my payment of $647 was made in February of 2017!! My balance owed is now only, $128.00. Until the original creditor ACTUALLY receives my payments, I am on hold from sending anything more! Most people do NOT set out to simply avoid bills and let things get out of hand to end up dealing with a debt collection agency...Real Life "upsets" happen to people which are overwhelmingly STRESSFUL, and can land them in these unfortunate situations! When we are ALL (read the reviews!) hitting brick walls making contact with THIS collection agency, or when our money we are paying to THIS collection agency is NOT getting turned over to the Original Creditor (who Hired the agency to do the job), then what exactly is the point!?!? And, how do they have the "RIGHT" to be Above the Law and Not be subjected to any repercussions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act!? This company is ridiculously rude as a whole, and does NOTHING but aggravate those who owe debts and are ACTUALLY TRYING to make payments to clear the debt...this does NOTHING but deter people from wanting to hand over one single penny! ...quite frankly, some people don't care about their credit scores, and being treated like this, they will choose to keep their money in their pocket rather than deal with this place!! Or, if they Do care, and want to make payment but CAN'T REACH THIS FIRM TO MAKE PAYMENTS, HOW THE HECK does this 'help' the original creditor Or the person/company that Owes the debt!?!

My experience with Richard was great. He put in the time and effort to get what I needed done and in months he worked a miracle that I didnt expect! I literally almost cried after seeing what he did for me! He does great work and will work for you every step of the way! Absolutely amazing what he has done for me! I highly recommend him.
