I went to court for no insurance and reckless driving failure to maintain control. S.w. Dawson got the insurance completely dismissed and the reckless driving failure to maintain control down to just failure to maintain control. He is an amazing lawyer and worth every penny.

Paul was amazing! He worked with me and the judge to reduce my traffic ticket from a misdemeanor down to an infraction as rightfully so, got my fines and points reduced along with even reducing my insurance premiums!! He was very responsive, helpful and made a very painful experience out to be an overall pleasant one! 25 stars, I would recommend Paul to friends and family any day! Thank you Paul Ertel!!

I would highly Recommend Hiring this law firm. I visited Virginia and was issued two speeding tickets 83/55 and 76/55 , both were reckless driving which is a misdemeanor in Virginia. They were able to get both amended to improper driving, which resulted in me having to pay a couple fines. Highly recommend.

He is, without a doubt, the best lawyer I could’ve asked for. The military tried making false allegations against me due to my healthcare diagnosis and made several intimidating claims about a negative discharge status. It felt like an impossible situation and after several boards and almost two years of work, Marshall was able to get me the medical retirement that we felt I deserved.
