2
The firm provides excellent customer service and communication, with staff that are polite, prompt, and willing to answer questions

3
The lawyers at the firm have a track record of successful case outcomes and positive impacts on their clients' lives
“Ms. Gregg was appointed as Guardian over a custody case. When the case first started I called to get an appointment. That took forever. I was originally from SC and I never dealt with a custody case. I finally got a date; now the first court date was in January, I didn't get a meeting with Attorney Gregg until March. By this time Attorney Gregg already met with my sons father, I didn't mind because I had nothing to hide. I was a single parent, I moved from SC with my older daughter and my son on my own. My sons father was in and out. But seems when I met with Attorney Gregg she had already had an assumption of who I was already and never met me before. I felt attacked, I felt that she was not being fair in the situation and looking at the best interest for the child.”
Cons
1
Some clients have reported issues with communication, responsiveness, and professionalism from certain lawyers at the firm
“Artisha Gregg's Energy and Demenor are the WORST.! She somehow thinks that she's the smartest person in the room and She's Clearly Not!!! She began representing My daughter in Januar”
2
There have been reports of high fees and unexpected costs associated with the firm's services
“Artista Gregg is the worst attorney around. She says one thing and does another. Charged me 4k for a one time court appearance that she said was a flat fee. Got in the courtroom and switched up. She wanted another 15k and I had to pay an extra $500 for a court reporter.”
