if you have a tough prosecutor, hire a tougher lawyer, hire Chad! Chad was the first attorney I went to see about handling my case. During the consultation I hired him on the spot! He immediately made me feel confident that everything was going to be alright! The prosecutor wouldn’t budge on the charges and thought he had all his bases covered! Although it took nearly a year before it went to a judge trial, Chad continued to keep me informed of what was going on. When it finally made it to trial, after all the evidence and witnesses (police officers) testified the judge took a break to review everything. His verdict; “All charges dismissed”! So if you have a tough prosecutor, hire a tougher lawyer! Hire Chad!!!

If you want to sit in jail for the rest of your life. Chad is your guy. The comment below is quite interesting. You didn’t represent me personally, but I do have a family member who committed a crime and a mistake that he regrets to this day. He committed this crime when he was 16 and he is now 31 still in prison because he took your advice as a child, he didn’t know anything about the law. The “plea deal” that you lied and told him would only give him 8 years, actually gave him 40 years AND you told him and his poor mother if he didn’t take the plea he would get life. Told them complete lies to make your job easier and did not even attempt to represent a young black child. Horrible…it maybe an old case but trust me we haven’t forgotten. Now we have to ATTEMPT to clean up a mess of an ineffective counsel.

Chad Dorsk was absolutely amazing! I had a felony and a misdemeanor at the time but his hard work and dedication got them both dropped. I have never dealt with anything this serious, but he assured me that everything would be okay and he did his job great to make sure I knew all information of what was going on.
