Artisha helped get “Case dismissed. Not guilty” on an assault/batter charge against me. Bottom line. We connected. She is sharp and she is on point in the courtroom. However, the defendant was not on his game. Had he had a lawyer (he represented himself), and had he taken his case more seriously, we might have lost. Artisha didn’t do some of the things we asked her to do that would have made our case stronger, such as subpoena witnesses, follow up on specific parameters of the case. Her firm called us two days before leaving from California to Virginia where the hearing was held, to tell us we could do a video hearing in lieu of flying back. We had already bought airline tickets of course, so we spent $1200 more than we probably needed to for tickets, hotel and rental car, but did receive our goal of not guilty, but had to prod staff for info and call backs. Would we hire the firm again? Yes, the retainer was low compared to other firms.

While trying to explain tmy reason for calling this firm the person who I spoke to cut me off in the middle of my sentence . I feel if this person who wouldn't let me complete a sentence what would in the world would make me think that anybody else would not do the same? I also feel when one is inquiring with an attorney or a paralegal that it's important to me to be able to complete the thought without being interrupted I'm quite disappointed they were given a high rating

I was told that they do not do property damage which was very disappointing. Very friendly staff so I was looking forward to working with them.

First off, I was always greeted with kind words, and big smiles every time I called or came to the office! And can’t I say enough good things about the staff I interacted with! I made the mistake of being skeptical, scared and not very trusting after my Injuries and accident! My best advice to you is- if you hire this firm; You have got to have faith and trust these guys! They know what they are doing! They get things done and have your best interest at heart even though you may not realize it or see it! Being hurt is a very traumatic and scary experience and sometimes it’s hard to trust during that horrific time! Especially that recovery process. I know it was for me! But I’m telling you from my own personal experience- this firm has your back and they will fight hard for you! I had the honor of having John Cooper, Paige, Jenny and Stephanie fighting for me to get me justice after what happened to me! I was a bit skeptical and absolutely terrified after my accident and TBI but in the end I was more than pleased! This crew is more than fair, honest and trustworthy! I was taken care of!
