Zero help whatsoever.

Case turned out fine and way better than expected. So when it comes to the actual work, yes, I'll recommend. However, Mr. Neskis, was rude and unprofessional when speaking to my parents and myself. Never returned/or took several days to return phone calls to my family. When I saw him in person, I felt as though it was a rush visit and there was no time to even hardly speak. Very stunned at this. Recommended options to me that had nothing to do with the case at hand.

I am posting for my 80 year old mom, Agnes, who could be nothing but happy with the care and graciousness extended by the decker law firm.

Really not for small claims. With so much experienced staff.

Would not recommend. Pretentious law firm assumes they’re more grandiose than they actually are. Called me into Norfolk office for multiple unnecessary appointments only to be told everything was “going fine” or “going as planned”. My valuable time was wasted on many occasions for matters that could’ve been discussed via email. They worked to have my medical bills cut by over half leaving significantly less in my pocket. In the end, over a year’s long case amounted to barely over $10k in hand. Not worth their inflated legal fees or egos. Call Kalfus & Nachman or literally ANYONE else.
