Mr. Neskis is a true professional. This was my first time ever dealing with a lawyer and he walked me through all of it and broke it down. I had so many random questions and he had no problem answering them. Anastasia was extremely helpful as well! He got all my charges dismissed and helped me out in so many ways! I am not understanding the positive reviews about this law firm, especially for Martin Thomas Jr. I got in a car accident four years ago that resulted in a permanent injury. When I first went to him he was very helpful and nice but later on he seemed to be annoyed with me. I never reached out to him, I only came by or called if he asked me to. I was not insured at the time so all of my medical expenses were on a lien. When I was diagnosed and given a treatment option, I was informed that I would have to pay $1600 out of pocket. Well I told him I didn't have it so he proceeded with the case. Later on (1 year into the case) I find out that because I didn't get the treatment I really didn't have a case even though the treatment was just a bandaid not a cure. He never told me that if I didn't get the treatment it would cost me the case and had the nerve to say at least my medical bills are paid. I'm like yeah for treatment that did not cure it. I was left literally with money only to cover my previous medical expenses but not my future ones that I will have forever because of this accident. Four years later I'm still in constant pain having to deal with this injury for the rest of my life caused by someone else and having to pay out of pocket for the rest of my life for this because my lawyer was not straight and upfront with me and did not get me the compensation needed for this injury. I would not recommend him ever. Every time I see a commercial or hear anything about this firm, it's just a constant reminder of the mistake I made by using them.

Advised me to seek help from the hospital I was trying to sue... I'm not certain who is writing these positive reviews but perhaps they had clear-cut accident cases. Called another attorney and already got the ball rolling. Would not recommend.

I had received a speeding ticket in Virginia Beach and contacted Mr. Neskis to see if he would represent me in court. I have to say that I was not the easiest client to work with. My first court date I had forgotten to bring my speedometer Calibration with me so Mr. Neskis had the case continued. The following 2 court dates were continued as well due to work obligations I had. In the end Mr. Neskis was able to represent me without my being present and the result was fantastic. My case was Nolle Prosse and I couldn’t be more gratefull to Mr. Neskis for dealing with my crazy schedule and handling my case.
