Cons
1
Lack of responsiveness and communication from some lawyers
“Mr.Ertel previously helped with a case and he did good. Once the case was sentenced he said I could reach out if I had any questions/concerns or even about next steps. I've been reaching out to him since April to talk about next steps, via phone call , email and text. He hasn't returned any of my contact attempts.”
2
Lawyers who are more focused on the money than providing quality representation
“Mr.Dawson Represented me for a misdemeanors and had all the witness on my side and talk me into a plead like he was working with the Commonwealth.I ask him would I get a showcause he said no and i got one. Then I got one and got my mother to call him he said that's what they do and it would be $3500 to hirer him for it after we just paid him 5000 just for a plea!!”
