We are out of state landlords and needed help evicting a tenant who hasn't paid rent for several months. John took care of the paperwork and met with the tenant at the court hearing. He sought a reasonable resolution. The tenant isn't out yet, but we hope that they will leave without involving the sheriff as a result of John's work. Thank you.

My awesome experience began even prior to speaking with John. It start with the young lady that answered the phone and collected my information.
