Mr. Harrison is the best lawyer around!

I cannot say enough about Bryan Harrison. He's a real credit to his profession. Calm spoken, but thoroughly knowledgeable in court procedure, the Virginia driving laws, the judges, and their past records of decisions, predilections, and especially court procedure requirements in traffic court. All this would be key in my case getting procedurally thrown out. I'd had a horrible experience in an AIRBnB mold infested 1 night stay in North Carolina. Our dog hid its nose continually under the bed and wouldn't eat. It's hard todescribe to mold inside and bhenind the property, which had posted obviously bogus 5 star ratings. So sick, was my wife throughout the night with what was later diagnosed as serious trigeminal temporal neuralgia. I'd never heard of it, but was racing 366 miles homeward, after travelling down the same distance with little sleep, the previous night. We were going straight to our area hospital in Pa. We dind't want for my wife to be hospitalized 366 miles from our home. On the way home, I had punched it across the Chesapeak Bay bridge, at a high rate of speed. No tickets anywhere in the last 10 years, I was stopped and suddenly faced with jail time, regardless of my escuse, my wife's extreme pain attacks in the car as we went across the tunnel. The officer was hearing none of it, was angry, and being out of state, I had to rely on Bryan Harrison's expertise. It was fortunate that I'd gotten his letter of service first and acted upon it to hire him, amongst the many letters that came afterward. I knew nobody down in Virginia. His staff, especially Lisa, were phenominal. When it came to preparing our case, I followed all of Bryan's advice; took the driver improvement and reckless driver courses, calibrated in the local shop that Lisa'd suggested, had the mold pictures, the letter to Dare Counbty to shut the AIRBnB down at the advice of a police officer on the road afterward who'd seen my phone picctures, my 10 year clean driving record, everything in an orderly file for Bryan. In court, I was really worried as the caes before me proceeded. Would the judge listen to our unusual set of circumstances? When ours came up, the commonwealth DA made a procedural mistake in not asking the officer where she was, when she recorded my speed. It had differed greatly from my spedometer reading I'd observed as I crossed the bridge. It seemed off, by roughly 17 mph higher by her reading than what I was seeing on my odometer, as I passed 3 highway trucks going 70 miles per hour. Though my emergency speeding was a reason, but not an excuse, all wasn't necessary. Bryan listened intently on the DA's questions of the officer, and alertly and quickly spoke up to the Judge when the DA was done. The DA hadn't asked the proper location question in sequence, and bryan was on it like white on rice. The Judge paused, and then had to throw out the case without hearing my story/reasons, but what a relief. You cannot describe the weight off your shoulders as the judge was saying not to ever come into his courtroom again, and I'd dodged jailtime in an incredible moment of circumastance and luck. Outside the courthouse, I gave Bryan a big bearhug for a job well done. I don't know how many lawyers down in that courtroom would have caught the misstep by the DA, and saved the day. I would higly recommend Bryan to anyone down there, and if he has occasion to represent in any law category capacity, traffic or otherwise, any of you, let me assure you that you're in the best hands.
