I had a 3 year disability case an Debra Vaughn had a preparation meeting for my hearing about 1 week before hearing then sent a withdr9 letter before withdrawal letter 2 business days before my hearing date. Who does that?? Still sending me bill for correspondence letters sent wow!!!! Showed up at hearing for some0 else but couldn't step foot in for 2 minuyes to properly withdraw from case and request a continuance for me seeking new representation. Lol. I want hundreds of papers I gave your firm back. Its not on your disc you gave me me.

My attorney, Christopher Jacobs, was great at handling my case through its resolution. He was there for me at every step of the litigation process from discussing the lawsuit being filed to preparing my husband and I for depositions. Chris and his paralegal Jennifer always called with any information regarding my case and answered questions for my husband and I. The only downside was how the insurance company delayed over and over regarding my injuries and reimbursing me for my losses, but my attorney fought hard and made the insurance company do what needed to be done. My husband and I would certainly refer any family or friend who are injured by someone else’s carelessness.

I had a most wonderful experience! It took a year but the wait was well worth it. During the entire process, I received excellent--no, superb customer service!!! Kalfus & Nachman PC take good care of their clients in their very own unique way with style. The staff and my attorney, did an excellent job, both preparing me for the trial and defending. Kudos!!!

I Absolutely Love how when as soon as you walk in to the office you are greeted by someone that is very pleasant and helpful!! Ella Baskin was always so helpful and courteous!! This has been the best Law Firm I would recommend them to everyone!! They have been very helpful and caring to my needs and such a horrible time in my life. No one ever wants to be in an accident but when you have someone that is looking out for you it lets you be able to heal!! I was impressed at how well I was treated by the staff at Kalfus and Nachman. Carmen Caswell was the paralegal working with Mr.Hernandez and was great. She always returned calls and took time to explan things to me.Mr. Hernandez was agressive iin obtaining a fair settlement and dealing with the insurance company. All that comes with being hurt in a crash is overwelming and i was thankful that Kalfus and Nachman was there for me.i will refer anyone i know to Kalfus & Nachman as they really help those who are injured and not being treated fairly by an insurance company.

The experience with this company was great. The team was very professional, persistent, and always informed me if I had any questions and/or concerns to not hesitate either and Call them. Carmen was very helpful and so was Emily and how she was very attentive to make sure I understood the outting process. I do recommend this law firm.
