Everyone I talked to my lawyer's office were nice and answered my questions. My lawyer was Christopher Jacobs and he was quick to relay any offers and explain the positives and negatives of which direction to take. If I need a lawyer I would call Chris Jacobs at Kalfus & Nachman and would refer friends and family if they were hurt in a crash.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE MY AUNT HAD HER ACCIDENT CASE WITH THEM THEY LITERALLY STRETCHED HER CASE SO THAT WHEN SHE FINALLY DID GET A SETTLEMENT ALL OF IT BESIDES LILE $60 WAS KEPT FOR THEIR FEES LIKE THEY PURPOSELY DRAGGED SO THEY COULD HAVE A LARGER PAYOUT. THEN THEY ASKED ME AND 2 OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS TO COME IN AS WITNESSES AND CONVENIENTLY ENOUGH THEY DIDN'T USE NOT EVEN 1 OF US AS A WITNESS. VERY SAD AND DISAPPOINTING WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE

I was in a car accident in July 2017, the lady rear ended me when I was at a stop light. She was texting and driving with a baby in the back. At the time of the accident I was more worried about the baby than anything else. As I was leaving the hospital her insurance was calling me to settle. As a nurse for 10 years I knew better than to settle quickly, as alot of injuries show after the accident, sometimes not until days after. I was extremely stressed when the insurance company would not leave me alone for the first 72 hours after the accident, continued to call numerous times a day trying to get me to settle for as little as possible. I called Kalfus and Nachman to handle everything after that. They came to my house to sign all of the paperwork, once the paperwork was done I never received one more call from the insurance company. My attorney was Mr. Blair, him and his secretary emailed and called on a regular basis to check on me and to reassure me that everything would be ok. I walked away with enough to cover all of my hospital, doctors, therapy bills, lost time out of work and pain/suffering. Ms. Ella at the front desk was wonderful as well, offered both my husband and I drinks while we were waiting. Very social, and after everything was signed, we both received a goodie bag from them. Hopefully, we will never have to go through this again but if it does happen I will choose to call Kalfus and Nachman to take care of business. Thank you for all of your hard work!
