I was referred to Chris Jacobs at Kalfus and Nachman. Chris and his team were great. I was in a really bad crash in NC and Chris was there to answer any questions I had and helped me understand the issues that surroundes being hurt by another who lacks sufficient insurance coverage. It took a long time to get the insurance companies to take responsibility but Chris and his staff never backed down and educated me on what to expect. The staff at Kalfus and Nachman (including Christopher Jacobs as one of my attorneys) exceded my expectations at every turn. If you are hurt by someone else like I was, call Chris at Kalfus and Nachman and I am sure he will be certain to.take good care of you and your case.

I was referred to Christopher Jacobs by my friend Ben. Chris was persistent in making sure that the hospital provided my records even when they made a mistake in my information. He had to have the court order the hospital to give he and I my medical records in order to move my case forward. Even though my daughter had used another attorney for a different accident, my friends Ben and Jesse, and I were referred to Chris and he was great at motivating me and communicating with me about my case. I would refer anyone I meet who was in a serious crash to Christopher Jacobs as he was wonderful to have looking out for my best interest.

Ella baskin was a great receptionist! Kalfus and Nachman were very friendly and helpful and case was done in timely manner. Very convenient and came to me when needed will definitely be back if needed.

Our experience was great. Once we had Chris Jacobs and Carmen Caswell handling my case and my best friend's case we knew we were in good hands. They handled everything so my friend and i could cocemtrate on getting better from our injuires. I recommend Chris Jacobs if you are hurt by someone else. If you hire Chris, you will be well repreaented and his paralegal Carmen is great.

Now that my case is settle I can review. I really didn’t know how to rate my experience because it has been up and down...it took 1.5 years to settle I’m not really sure if that’s normal for a car accident. In the beginning i felt like i made A big mistake by choosing this law firm because the communication was terrible. I really didn’t have much communication with the lawyer which is understandable being they have paralegals...the first one I had was Jessica Rhodes who never returned calls or emails. She seemed very unorganized because when she would request documentation I would send it but she would ask for it again as if she never asked or i never sent it. Calling in to get an update on my case seemed like a bothersome that’s if and when i could Get someone on the phone....I got discouraged and said the hell with it I’m trapped under contract so i left It alone and hadnt heard anything from anyone for months...One day paralegal Carmen Caswell called requesting documents that i had Already sent to Ms Rhodes. However Ms Caswell gave me hope and she was on it.. she actually received my documents she called with updates answered questions and returned calls. I dont Know why they took Jessica Rhodes off but I’m glad they did. Since the change things were now rolling smooth. Hate that my experienced sucked in the beginning but it worked out in the end due to some adjustments. Since the first impression is usually the lasting impression unfortnately I can’t say that i would recommend this company. It’s sad that one employee can change your outlook on a company 🤷🏽‍♀️. Looking at other reviews I’m not the only one who had an issue. However thank you Ms Caswell and all who assisted in my case!

Very nice company mr. Jacobs was very professional excellent attorney very happy with my experience the receptionist was very warm and friendly her name is Mrs baskin I would suggest this firm to all my relatives and Friends I wrote not such a good review about a year ago but my opinion has totally changed they are excellent
