When you get put on hold then minutes later get voice mail your attorney tells you I don't understand it's time to find an attorney that a54 year old man can understand what a waste of my time

After reading all of the reviews on here my husband and I believed we were hiring a professional law firm but we were shocked by the treatment or lack there of that we received. Our paralegal was Jessica Rhodes and our experience with her has been extremely unprofessional. My husband's case should have been quite simple, he was the victim in a automobile collision that was ruled the other driver's fault. Easy, right? No. Jessica Rhodes does not return calls or emails, she does NOT do her job to the best of her ability. My husband and I have both called and left multiple messages and sent multiple emails and we have yet to receive a reply from her. It has been almost a month and a half and nothing. I understand that things get busy but making a quick call or sending a quick email with an update does not take a lot of time. This is the worst experience I have ever had. EDIT: Was contacted by Paul Hernandez and they are currently doing their best to make everything right by us. Many apologies were given and we have been told we are being made a priority. Will post more at the end of the case when all is settled.

I have never been in a situation to need a lawyer however Carmen Caswell anf Paul Hernandez and Chip saunders with kalfus an nachman were the best legal team i could have asked for quick to respond to any an all concerns an questions i have as well as me walking away with more than i thought god forbid anyone ever needing a personal injury lawyer but if you do call them at kalfus an nachman you will be impressed an far from disappointed...love them😁
