Injured in 2015 contacted this Law Firm and no one has called me to give updates or anything. I have called several times, mailbox full can't leave a message. Very disappointed to say the least. I'm appalled at the way my case has been handelled. I would not recommend this Law Firm.

They didn't want to help me

Spoke to Mr. Fernandez at Law firm and he gave me some positive feedback on a situation concerning Me and my Wife's Case. We received a fair settlement and hopefully we can use them again in the future should we need an experienced Attorney like Mr. Smircina.

Kalfus & Nachman was very reliable, they took care of my needs when I needed them and they were there for me. My attorney, Christopher Jacobs, was very thorough, friendly but also passionate and aggressive in representing me. I will be sure to recommend anyone I meet who was hurt by someone else being careless or crashing into innocent people.

If you're in an accident with an uninsured motorist, check your own policy before getting a lawyer. They only got me the minimum of what my uninsured motorist bodily injury would have given & then they took half. They helped out by paying all of the medical bills out of it, but that's it. I could have done that myself for free, don't see what the thousands of dollars spent was actually for. It's kind of a joke, waste of time, & waste of money!

I hired Chris Jacobs with Kalfus & Nachman. He was always quick to return my phone calls, my text messages, and my email. He did a great job in exceeding my expectations and I will be sure to refer friends and family to him as he's well versed in personal injury litigation.
